Shipping & Delivery Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. Orders are shipped within 0–7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms.

KHIMANI WATCH COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0–7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

In the event that a watch ordered by the customer is not readily available in stock after the order has been placed, KHIMANI WATCH COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to procure the product from the respective brand or authorized sources, and the delivery timeline may extend up to 4–6 weeks. The customer will be informed regarding the revised estimated delivery schedule.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery confirmation of our services will be sent to the registered email ID provided during the order process.
